1. Why can t the headphones connect to the device s Bluetooth?
Check whether the Bluetooth is turned on, delete the Bluetooth pairing list from the mobile device and try to connect again, put the headphones back into the charging box, and then take out the two earbuds from the charging box, and wait for 5-10 seconds.
Turn on the phone s Bluetooth and search for G10 . Tap the name in the Bluetooth pairing list to complete the pairing.
2. Why is there no sound from the headphones?
Verify that the headphones is working properly. Check if the volume of the headphones is appropriate. Check whether the headphones is properly connected to the mobile phone. Make sure the headphones is in the normal working area. The effective use distance of the headphones is 10 meters.
3. Why does the earphone make intermittent or abnormal sound?
The earphone performance is low, please charge and reconnect. There is an obstacle between the mobile phone and the earphone, or the distance exceeds the signal range. Turn off the earphone, press and hold the left and right buttons of the earphone for 5 seconds to reset the device. Our earphone uses the Bluetooth V5.2 chip.
