Shipping time
Depending on where you live, shipping usually takes:
UK:Â 2-5 days
Europe: 4-9 days
USA & Canada: 7-15 days.
Rest of the World: 10-20 days
Please note that these time frames apply to regular (non-pandemic) circumstances. Due to pandemic, depending on your location regulations, there might be slight delays on top of standard delivery times. We ask you to give up to 10 days on top of regular delivery time before getting in touch with our customer service team.
DELIVERY PROCESS
We will strive our best to dispatch all orders the same day if the order has been placed before 2 pm within the week days (Monday to Friday), late Friday’s orders and weekend orders will be dispatched on the next following working day. With regards to your orders, you will receive an e-mail within 24 hours after placing your order within the week days in order to confirming the dispatched orders.
Most of the items are dispatched with second class Royal Mail postal service. It will take 1 to 5 days for an item to be delivered but sometimes in real cases it can take up to 10 days.(It can take 3 to 15 days for an item to be delivered outside the UK).Normally 1 or 2 single products are delivered with free postage,(if the number of item ordered are more than the number of items mentioned previously).
DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) – Orders sent outside of the European Community
All orders sent outside of the UK and EU are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis and may be subject to local customs import duty which is charged on the value of the purchase. Payment of these fees is the sole responsibility of the customer. For example, customs duty must be paid on all orders over $200 when shipped to the United States.
Payment of the duty charge is necessary for the release of your order from customs on arrival to your country.
DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) – Refusal to pay charges – Returns Policy
If you refuse to pay any import duty levied against your shipment, resulting in the shipment being returned to Izorra, then all related returns charges plus a minimum administration charge of £5.00 (or equivalent currency at current exchange rate) will be charged against your final refund amount.
