DELIVERY PROCESS

We will strive our best to dispatch all orders the same day if the order has been placed before 2 pm within the week days (Monday to Friday), late Friday’s orders and weekend orders will be dispatched on the next following working day. Most of the items are dispatched with second class Royal Mail postal service. It will take 1 to 5 days for an item to be delivered but sometimes in real cases it can take up to 10 days.(It can take 3 to 15 days for an item to be delivered outside the UK).Normally 1 or 2 single products are delivered with free postage,(if the number of item ordered are more than the number of items mentioned previously).

DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) – Orders sent outside of the European Community

All orders sent outside of the UK and EU are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis and may be subject to local customs import duty which is charged on the value of the purchase. Payment of these fees is the sole responsibility of the customer. For example, customs duty must be paid on all orders over $200 when shipped to the United States.
