Orders are being dispatched from our warehouse in the UK, within 1-3 business days after placing an order.

Your order will be delivered to you via or your local postal services or Courier Service.

Shipping time
Depending on where you live, shipping usually takes:

UK: 2-5 days
Europe: 4-9 days
USA & Canada: 7-15 days.
Rest of the World: 10-20 days


Please note that these time frames apply to regular (non-pandemic) circumstances. Due to pandemic, depending on your location regulations, there might be slight delays on top of standard delivery times. We ask you to give up to 10 days on top of regular delivery time before getting in touch with our customer service team.

Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Please note that it might take from 1 to 3 business days for tracking to start showing information. Once the package gets taken from us, it travels to the delivery deport centre, where it gets scanned and starts updating tracking status, and it is not unusual for a shipment to go more than 24 hours without an update while in transit.

DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) – Orders sent outside of the European Community

All orders sent outside of the UK and EU are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis and may be subject to local customs import duty which is charged on the value of the purchase. Payment of these fees is the sole responsibility of the customer. For example, customs duty must be paid on all orders over $200 when shipped to the United States.

Payment of the duty charge is necessary for the release of your order from customs on arrival to your country.

DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) – Refusal to pay charges – Returns Policy

If you refuse to pay any import duty levied against your shipment, resulting in the shipment being returned to Izorra, then all related returns charges plus a minimum administration charge of £5.00 (or equivalent currency at current exchange rate) will be charged against your final refund amount.

Order Tracking

Following your purchase online, Izorra will send you an email confirmation to acknowledge your order and again when your goods have been dispatched from our warehouse.  The email address used, will be the one you provided at the point of purchase or stored within your ‘My Account’ profile.

Returns

When you order from Izorra, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase, however, we understand you may want to return a product. Please see the information here on how to complete a return.

We are a customer-first company, and we strive to provide the best quality products with a seamless experience for you. Still, sometimes things happen, so if there’s anything wrong with the item you have received, we will do our best to fix it and be satisfied.

If you want to return the item, please contact us within 2 weeks of receiving the order at izorralimited@gmail.com. If you have discovered our fault, please take pictures of the defected, or wrong case sent to you and attach them to the initial email with an explanation.

WARNING: Personalized products are one of a kind and has been manufactured only for you. Therefore we can not exchange or refund any customized products under any circumstances unless the product has a manufacturer’s defect.

We do not issue refunds if you do not provide a reason for returning the item or send it back without contacting us first.

Refunds for returned items will be issued to the original payment method you used when placing your order.

Please consider that all the shipping expenses for returning the item remain the responsibility of the customer.

The returned product must not be used and should be sent to us in its original packaging.

Please write “RETURNED ITEM” on the packaging so that certain misunderstandings could be avoided.

*Please note orders for batteries and power banks may be subject to delays due to dangerous goods shipping requirements.

**Delivery via DHL Next Working Day will take two days for the Northern Highlands, Northern Ireland and other distant areas. For DHL deliveries, we guarantee to dispatch in-stock items on the same day (Monday to Friday) if you order before 6 pm. Please note DHL only delivers Monday-Friday.
